Pauline Fowler interviewed on Sky News re how Karrissa Cox and Richard Carter may not be reunited with their child after being cleared of abusing their child who has since been adopted

“The original medical evidence as to the cause of the child’s injuries was apparently never contested in the family court.  By the time expert evidence to counter the original evidence was obtained in the criminal proceedings, the adoption had – surprisingly – been finalised.  The parents could apply to set aside the adoption order, but that is problematic for many reasons.”
