Partner Mark Harper is delighted to be speaking at the Transcontinental Trusts International Forum in Bermuda on Monday 4th June.

Mark will address trusts and companies in divorce. The talk will delve into the practical implications and recent developments when trusts and corporate assets are held offshore in divorce, whilst also looking at the publicity these high profile divorces procure.
