HFC ranked Band 1 in Chambers HNW 2018 for Family/Matrimonial Law

HFC has once again ​retained​ its Band 1 ranking for Family/Matrimonial Law in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide.

Chambers describes HFC as an “excellent firm” who are “excellent at what they do.”

Frances Hughes is reconfirmed as a Star Individual, described as “a good litigator” who “fights hard”, adding: “She is a phenomenal lawyer and she has had an extremely successful practice.”

Pauline Fowler retains her Band 1 ranking, praised for her constructive approach to resolving family disputes and described as “an excellent person to deal with, very sensible and someone you can settle matters with.”

Alex Carruthers retains his Band 1 ranking, described as “hugely bright”, adding: “When he has emotional clients he’s able to keep a calm ship and steer them through any stormy waters.”

Mark Harper retains his Band 1 ranking, described as “very clearly respected for his experience and knowledge” and noted for his “enormous knowledge of international law and trusts.”

Renato Labi retains his Band 2 ranking, described as “brilliant” and “very easy to deal with.”

Caroline Park has continued her upwards trajectory in being ​ranked Band 3, described as being “one to watch for the future; easy to deal with but by no means a pushover.”
