Mark Harper is speaking at the STEP Asia Conference 2016: Wealth Management – A Brave New World, in Hong Kong on the 1st of November.

Mark will be speaking on the first of this two-day conference on ‘Trusts coming under attack (2) – Spousal attack and community property restrictions’.

With divorce rates running at over 50% in some countries and settlors from civil law jurisdictions setting up trusts, these are increasingly under attack by parties seeking a portion of the trust assets. Mark will address relevant issues and highlight some of the pitfalls.
